Returns/refunds

Prints and wall products are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund, if your item arrives damaged it will be replaced with a newly manufactured product.

Photoshoots can be cancelled with-in 14 days of purchase as long as you have not booked a date for the shoot out with these terms and only in extreme circumstances or if for any reason Jamie cannot fulfil your photoshoot it will be refunded

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
